On November 3, Miles Mathis published perhaps the most informative thing he has ever written. By and large, unlike his other work, it is not about gay Jews faking every event in history. It is about how to live long and well.
In many ways his essay hits the nail on the head. He floats the idea of heart rate determining lifespan as if it were his brand new thesis, when in fact such a pattern has long been observed in mammals. See this abstract from 1997:
Among mammals, there is an inverse semilogarithmic relation between heart rate and life expectancy. The product of these variables, namely, the number of heart beats/lifetime, should provide a mathematical expression that defines for each species a predetermined number of heart beats in a lifetime. […] These data yield a mean value of 10 x 10(8) heart beats/lifetime and suggest that life span is predetermined by basic energetics of living cells and that the apparent inverse relation between life span and heart rate reflects an epiphenomenon in which heart rate is a marker of metabolic rate. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9316546/
Or for the layman, the Discovery channel:
“Rabbits live about three years. Elephants can get up into their 80s. But both of them get about one billion heartbeats in their lifetime. It's just that elephant hearts beat a lot slower. As it turns out, that number stays (roughly) the same across other species of mammals.
“There's a mathematical equation that lets you predict exactly how long an animal will live and how fast its heart will beat, based on its size.”

So although Miles’ thesis about heart rate and lifespan is far from novel, he does explain exactly how a human can maximize their lifespan, by keeping their heart rate low. Miles recommends low stress, plentiful sleep, clean food, clean environment, and personal virtue to attain youthfulness. I attest that he is right on the money in these regards. I could have written half of his essay myself. The maximum human lifespan should be around 120 years, and reaching 120 has been my goal since I was 29.
I love reading Miles, it’s a guilty pleasure. In fact it was his constant invocation of the first amendment that reminded me that I too have an absolute right to speak my mind in this country, and publish my thoughts on the internet, even if nobody agrees with what I’m saying, even if people hate and fear what I’m saying. But at the same time, I can’t help but conclude that Miles Mathis is a limited hangout and an impostor.
The problem is, when you get down to it, Miles Mathis doesn’t make any sense. Not only does he debunk all manner of history as fake, he decries all manner of science as fake. In fact he writes alternative science papers that completely redefine basic concepts. As one simple and glaring example, he claims that pi = 4.
Now my IQ is at least 150, and I am trained in scientific thinking, but I could never follow Miles’ scientific reasoning. I never felt that he could prove anything. And it’s the same story with his history papers. He shows a photo and tells you why it’s obviously fake. He reads wikipedia articles and points out contradictions. He studies genealogical websites and squints at surnames until he can see how Jewish they are. The only way to accept Miles Mathis is to accept that he is infinitely smarter and more perceptive than you and me. Is there anyone smarter than Miles out there, who can confirm or explain his claims in a clear scientific manner?
The Jewish thing is one of Miles’ big red flags. Miles doesn’t talk about a Zionist conspiracy - he talks about a 4000 year old Phoenician conspiracy. Miles claims that all of history is a Phoenician play staged for the peasants. The problem with Miles Mathis as controlled opposition is that he appears to be a limited hangout. He mixes truth and deception together freely, and knowingly. He’s like a highbrow Alex Jones. You can potentially learn quite a lot from these people. The trick is identifying when they want to deceive you and herd you down the proper chute.
Consider this blog post that calls out Miles as a limited hangout (http://blog.banditobooks.com/an-open-letter-to-miles-mathis-part-one/). The post says that in his essay arguing that JFK faked his own death, Miles “debunks” fake photos of the assassination that are actually stills from a Hollywood re enactment. In that case, he is the one passing off fake images as historical.
Miles’ claim that JFK faked his own death also sets off alarm bells. Are we really supposed to believe that the “Phoenician” totalitarians never have enemies that they want to murder for real? Furthermore, all available evidence suggests that JFK died at the hands of a ZIONIST conspiracy involving the CIA and ersatz Israel. So here again Miles is providing pointed cover for Zionism.
I also don’t appreciate how he claims all these recent historical figures are gay Jewish actors. He poses as if tolerant of gays, but uses this thinly veiled dog whistle to attract support from certain audiences, tightly associating Judaism and homosexuality despite the fact that the Jewish Bible demands capital punishment for gays.
In his essay he actually says something incredibly stupid and totally wrong: “Did Christ ever teach that God’s judgment kills? What part of the Bible is that supposed to be from? […] No real religion ever invented or revealed taught that judgment kills, because that idea isn’t useful to anyone”.
Oy vey! The smartest guy on Earth, who has re defined all of science and history, can’t grok the central teaching of the Bible? Namely, that YHWH will judge and kill you if you don’t follow his commandments? The book of Isaiah, which is the backbone of both Judaism and Christianity, explains that on judgment day, YHWH is going to kill almost everybody and everything, as he did once before with a great flood.
The Jewish Bible argues that Nebuchadnezzar’s destruction of Jerusalem in 587 BC was God’s final judgment against the Jews and Israelites. The Christian Bible argues that Titus Flavius’ destruction of Jerusalem in 70 CE was God’s final judgment against the Jews and Israelites. What does Jesus himself say about judgment day? He says, “If the Lord did not shorten the days, no flesh would be saved at all (Mark 13:20).”
Anyway. I’m going to sleep now for my 9+ hours of beauty rest.
I recently read a really good piece by Mathis, and (as so often happens) it prompted me to check out his website.
I had that whole "bright eyed and bushy tailed" thing happening, wondering if I'd just discovered some wonderful new treasure trove of insightful analysis. But... things started looking dubious rather quickly.
I went to Mathis's list of Best Fake Events Papers. To say that he thinks just about everyone and everything is "fake and gay" would be a bit of an understatement. Trying to keep an open mind, I glanced at a paper about Rudolf Steiner, and realized very quickly that Mathis was seriously misrepresenting the man. (A cheap shot, since Steiner can be obscure at the best of times.)
Then I pulled back and realized what was so obviously wrong with the page. It was supposed to be Mathis's Best Fake Events Papers, and it includes events from as far back as Napoleon's time to the present.
But there was one extraordinary glaring omission: the biggest fake event from the 20th century. The Holocaust TM.
"He’s like a highbrow Alex Jones." Very well put.
Miles' method is out of this world, if you try to do what he does in such short time you will start to understand it requires a great mind and vision to put it on paper.
About the zionist stuff, normally when you cross your path with Miles Mathis you already are an initiate on that matter, and not the opposite. Miles is already exposing the zionist project, that is peanuts. He actually says phoenician is just another cover for jew, he never loses track of the present by investigating other things from times past.
I think you should rest and accept it is important to love and do good things to those who deserve it. We are living in a time where it is relevant to be creative and cooperate, instead of spreading confusion and no reflection. You say Miles is an agent, but that doesn't matter if you can't know that. What matters is his work, if it is good to you or not. If it makes you lighter and loving more life or not. It does to me. I felt less heavy, and many things that were bad now i just left them go. It gives you courage to see what is most important here. Look around, embrace life. You have light in you.
P.S.: The title of the article doesn't correlate with the content. If you say someone is the best agent, and then go on arguing that nothing he says makes sense it is a contradiction. I was also expecting some proof and you gave none. If you think the JFK hollywood fotos is enough it isn't. It actually agrees with Miles don't you think?
